Nikoll Nobay has been working as an independent design consultant since 2003. Initially starting out via styling commissions from some of Sydney’s most prominent real estate agents, she quickly established an enviable network of personal contacts and was soon fulfilling larger scale briefs, requiring her very personal approach to design, decoration and project management.

Both creatively curious and a natural organiser, Nikoll’s hands-on experience, tight-knit team of trades and close links with some of the Eastern Suburb’s most sought-after suppliers has allowed her to build an impressive portfolio of quality work over the last ten years.

​

With a background born of acting her love of creativity and theatre has seamlessly translated into a genuine passion for perfecting unique interiors and working intimately alongside her clients. Nikoll’s instinctive talents have been refined and developed through professional design courses at both Coco Republic and The International School of Colour and Design.

Within the last 12 months Nikoll Nobay Designs have embarked on several large scale, bespoke Interior Design and Building Projects. The latest project completed being the re-creation of a five bedroom home on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

 

Recently completed projects include project management of the build and design of a rural property in Kangaroo Valley on the NSW South Coast, the reinvention of a 3 level Terrace in the heart of Paddington, Sydney and the renovation and refurbishment of an enviable holiday property in Byron Bay.
