An apartment with great bones, good light and lovely views didn’t need an overhaul renovation. The priority on this apartment was to update the bathrooms rather than ripping out by replacing all fittings, sinks, taps and shower heads as well as joinery and bench tops with a more contemporary edge using beautiful marble and black designer finishes.

 

The kitchen was completely updated with a beautiful palette of cool grey, stainless steel and marble using Miele appliances to bring it up to date giving the whole apartment a modern sleek finish followed with a fresh coat of paint throughout. Working to a tight budget the transformation added a wow factor and value to the home for the client.
