MACLEAY STREET.

A very dated rundown studio apartment in a prime location to the city and trendy Potts Point area was bought as an investment apartment to gain the maximum rental return with a very stylish upmarket renovation. This was achieved by stripping the old floor and laying solid timber with a black japan finish as well as painting all the walls in bright white, using mirrors to enlarge the space and reflect the views to the harbour. We designed a galley style kitchen using Corian benchtops with matt white cabinetry and quality stainless appliances.

The smart use of built in robes, a retractable wall bed adds ample storage space allowing for room to live and entertain in what would normally be a very small space. This open modern studio is filled with natural light, high end finishes and a designer bathroom to compliment. The monochromatic scheme makes it a timeless design and it has achieved a great return from the day of completion.
