WHALE BEACH ROAD.

This great old fibro shack is situated in prime position with direct beach access and wild natural vegetation that engulfs the front of the property. Not wanting to do a complete rebuild the client wanted to essentially update the kitchen and bathroom and add on a deck over the existing flagstone verandah (which was half the size) and install glass surround so not to obstruct the view as well as install external awning shades.

The house was repainted inside and out and the removal of internal walls inside the living and kitchen area expanded the view. Updating the outdoor furniture to accommodate the large terrace area and working on the interiors to maintain their sense of style and comfort the client was more than satisfied with this updated beach shack.
