A modern townhouse in Rosebay lacked a bit of character which just needed a few interesting ideas to pimp it up. We chose to do that using a range of porters paint colours as feature walls throughout this modern home. The house was very light so we could play around with stronger darker colours in the main areas and softer tones in the bedrooms showcasing the clients existing art collection.
By adding some feature lighting from Monde Luce in the living areas and building in bookshelves to feature a wide collection of books the house felt quickly transformed. Some exterior painting was done to add a more dramatic entrance to the property as well as exterior landscaping to update the garden and pool area.
